Grading
Our grading system consists of seven categories: Brand New, Open Box, Refurbished Pristine, Refurbished Excellent, Refurbished Very Good, Refurbished Good, and Refurbished Fair.

New
This category includes brand new mobile phones that are still sealed in their original packaging.

(A+) - Open Box
This category includes devices that are in pristine condition, with no marks or scratches on the screen and no signs of use on the rear of the device. Each device has been data wiped and factory reset, updated to the latest operating system/firmware.

(A) - Excellent
This category includes devices that are in Excellent condition, with very minimum to no marks or scratches on the screen and no signs of use on the rear of the device. Each device has been data wiped and factory reset.

B+ (Excellent)
This product will show minor cosmetic signs of use, such as very light marks and scratches on the screen and/or on the back and side. The phone may have scratches, light marks and dents or chips.

(B) - Very Good
This product is in very good cosmetic condition, although there will be moderate signs of use such as screen scratches and minor grazes.

(C) - Good
This category includes devices that are in good condition, with moderate marks or scratches on the screen and some signs of use on the rear of the device. Each device has been data wiped and factory reset, updated to the latest operating system/firmware.

(C-) Fair
This product will show heavy signs of use including deep scratches on the screen , heavy dents and marks on the back and frame edges. Device may have a light burn on the screen.
